I. Campus/UCSB Mail should be sealed in a recycled envelope, and marked clearly with the proper Mail Code (see listing in mailbox above outgoing mail)
II. Any outgoing mail must be marked by a 6-digit Low Value number for the specific grant to be charged.
III. Mail charges are only allowable on certain projects. If you will be doing a mass-mailing please contact your ISBER C&G Manager.
Keys:
If you are a PI, and need a key to your research office, or the NH building, or you choose to have a key issued to a person(s) working on your project, send an email request to Patrice <click here>, and include the approximate date that the key will be returned. At the time of issuance the person receiving the key must sign the key issuance form.
For building security reasons all keys must be returned to the office manager or a member of the ISBER administrative staff when the office assignment ends and/or the key holder leaves the project.
ISBER’s fax number is: 805-893-7995
The fax machine is available for use in 2201 North Hall. Blank transmittal forms are available here. Please make sure to complete the fax log, as charges will be billed directly back to you or your grant, as indicated on the log.
